Rest assured we’ve received all of your free sample requests and we’re processing them as fast as we can. Somehow our site got listed on a lot of “get stuff free” type sites and as a result we received a huge number of requests! And because it was the Christmas period we were a little short staffed. But rest assured we should have the backlog cleared by the end of the week. You’ll receive a shipment notification email as soon as your order ships. Paying customers will have priority of course
We’re confident our packages will make it through Customs in your country because our product is legal everywhere, but if you find you haven’t received it within 10 days of receiving the shipment notification let us know, and we’ll try and find out what’s going on.
