We now have a fulfillment provider who ships much more reliably worldwide. We’ve had a lot of success in Australia with orders only taking a few days to arrive. As always, the order is at your own risk (especially in Australia) so if you are a first time customer you should start out with a smaller order first to make sure it gets through OK.
We have reported (especially from Queensland) of packages being seized for inspection and then taking up to 2 months to be delivered. You need to realize that once the package leaves our care we are not responsible for it, nor can we track it, and we can’t provide refunds for orders that are lost, destroyed or seized. Legal herbal highs are receiving a lot of scrutiny at the moment and there is always the risk of them being banned or age limits imposed.
